There has been so much craziness this past year about the virus from Wuhan, China. Details change from day to day. Masks are not effective. Masks are the only thing that is going to save your life! Masks are not effective. Masks are mandatory for the safety of everyone! You need to wear your mask outdoors, indoors, even in your own home. You must stay at least 6 feet apart! Sanitize everything! Stay home! Shut down the country! It’s the only way we’ll survive this pandemic!
There are a couple of things I know for sure, though.
 When someone tries to make another person feel guilty and tries to shame them for wearing a mask or not wearing a mask, that is not Christ-like behavior.
 Fear is not from God.
 There will be other pandemics, probably worse ones.
Jesus said in Matthew 24:7, about the last days, “For nation shall rise up against nation, and kingdom against kingdom: and there shall be famines, and pestilences, and earthquakes, in diverse places.”
The word ‘pestilence,’ according to Strong’s Concordance (3061) means Pestilence, Trouble maker, Public menace.
According to The New Webster’s Dictionary, ‘pestilence’ means: a deadly epidemic disease// something morally or socially pernicious (destructive, extremely injurious or deadly).
I think it is pretty obvious we’re at least approaching the last days, so what do we do?
 Trust God. Ps. 91:5-7: Thou shalt not be afraid for the terror by night; nor for the arrow that flieth by day; nor for the pestilence that walks in darkness; nor for the destruction that wastes at noonday. A thousand shall fall at thy side, and ten thousand at thy right hand; but it shall not come nigh thee.
As the 3 Hebrew children said (Daniel 3:17-18), “If it be so, our God whom we serve is able to deliver us from the burning fiery furnace, and he will deliver us out of thy hand, O king. But if not, be it known unto thee, O king, that we will not serve thy gods, nor worship the golden image which thou hast set up.”

Psalm 91:14-15 – Because he has set his love upon me, therefore will I deliver him: I will set him on high because he has known my name. He shall call upon me, and I will him: I will be with him in trouble; I will deliver him and honor him.

So, God can protect us from sickness, but even if we get sick, we continue to worship God. In the meantime, seek God and put him first in your life.
